Kharlovka summary week 33
We had a very nice week with a wonderful, home atmosphere in camp with our friends from Switzerland, Austria and USA.
Personal bests – Mike 17,5 pounder, Albert 11, 18 and finally 19 pounder and Manuel 23 pounder.
Biggest salmon of the week: 2 fish of 23 pounds for Manuel and Joerg.
The weather conditions were quite tough, changing from sunny weather to windy and cold and back to sun again.
After landing his first salmon ever on Sunday, Albert caught 4 fish on Monday and improved his Personal Best 2 times, to 18-pounder first and then to 19 lbs. One by one he caught 18-, 15-, 19- and 19-lbs. All caught at Kharlovka National Park.
His son Manuel caught a 23-pounder in the Upper Litza that became his Personal Best.
Tuesday was a success for the international Swiss-Austrian team Joerg and Heinz. They caught 9 fish for the group with a very nice 20-pounder for Joerg from the Litza Waterfall.
Manuel has got a nice 18-pounder from the Kharlovka Rock Pool.
Friday finished with a wonderful 23-pounder for Joerg, fresh and sea-liced. Litza Snowbank.
