Rynda fishing report week 27 (June 29-July 5) - 2024
The morning water temperature range is 12-14C.
The water level dropped from 98 to 84.
Finally, real summer has come to Rynda. It was fresh in the mornings, and by lunchtime the air temperature exceeded 20 degrees. The water level dropped by 2-3 cm per day, opening up new places for fishing. The water has dropped by 14 cm in a week. The water temperature is on average 13C.
Until Tuesday, we successfully fished below the First Waterfall, and from the middle of the week we began to check the upper pools. And finally, we caught the first salmon at the Second Waterfall, at Five Holes, above the Third Waterfall.
A memorable event at Rynda!
We ceremoniously presented the ASR veteran ring to our friend Rashid. Rashid has been fishing on Rynda and Kharlovka rivers for 10 years.
Already on his first visit to Rynda, in 2014, Rashid caught a wonderful 28-pound salmon and was awarded the Big Fish ring.
This week, Rashid once again confirmed his reputation as a master of big fish and caught the biggest fish of the week on Home Pool – weighing 27.2 pounds. Our applause!
Hitches, summer Willie Gunns, Golden Killers worked great, and for resistant fish, sinking lines with heavy flies worked well.
Four of our fishermen have broken their personal records this week.
Excellent varied fishing in wonderful company!
The biggest fish of the week: 27.2 pounds, 21, 21, 20, 20, 19 pounds.
Thank you all so much and see you again at Rynda.
