Total salmon caught for the week: 38

The hottest week of the season was followed by a week of fog. This phenomenon is common on the river, but usually, the fog dissipates quickly during the day. This time, however, a dense shroud only occasionally lifted above the river during the day, and by evening, the nearest buildings and hills were obscured.
The drop in temperature positively affected the fishing. The salmon became more active, and the larger fish, in particular, were showing their strength. Three of the guests set new personal records for Atlantic salmon.
Georgiy, fishing on the Eastern Litza accompanied by guide Sergey, caught a remarkable fish weighing 24.2 lbs. This week, the Litza Falls was particularly rich in large fish, and many guests were eager to get there as quickly as possible.
At the "Red Cliff" pool, our youngest guest, Leonid, caught his trophy weighing 15.6 lbs, taking another confident step in his fly fishing journey.
We were delighted to follow the progress of Galina, who was visiting the Kola Peninsula for the first time. The novice angler enthusiastically shared her fishing experiences. The culmination of her fishing adventure at the Salmon House was the catch of a 20.5 lbs salmon at the Eastern Litza Falls!
Salmon fishing was occasionally replaced by hunting for sea trout. During low tide, some anglers headed to the estuary to catch this lively, strong fish. Georgiy made an impressive catch here, landing a 2.4 kg fish.
This week gave us not only great catches but also a multitude of vivid emotions. Despite the fickle weather, every guest left Kharlovka with a sense of satisfaction and new fishing achievements. We eagerly await the next season, when we can once again meet on these shores, test our luck, and create new unforgettable memories.
