Water temperature: 13.8 - 14.9°C
Water level: decreased from 47 cm to 31 cm
Total for a week: 95 salmon caught for 18 guests.
Biggest fish of the week: 24.4 lb (11.1 kg), caught by Maxim at the Litza Falls.
The week started with a sudden change in weather, which created difficulties for fishing. Guests experienced rapid temperature changes: from a hot +22°C during the day to +7°C in the evening. Only 4 fish were caught on Saturday, with the largest weighing 21 pounds (9.5 kg) and being caught at the Kharlovka Home Pool. This was a great start and an incentive for the whole team to fish, despite the ever-changing conditions.
The middle of the week brought improved conditions. The grills added excitement with their bites and escapes. The average weight of fish caught was 5-7 kg, and although there were few large fish, the total number of catches exceeded 10-15 fish per day, which maintained a positive mood in the camp. The Kharlovki waterfall and Gijs became the most successful places for fishing; many guests were able to have excellent fishing there, catching several salmon.
Particularly memorable was Adrian, who caught his first big fish of 12 lb (5.4 kg) after several unsuccessful attempts and disappointing withdrawals, which caused great delight among all those present.
Friday confirmed its title of “Big Fish Friday!” Maxim caught his largest salmon - 24.4 pounds (11.1 kg), it became the best fish of the week. Rodion caught 7 salmon in a day on the Domashny and Zolotoy pools, which significantly improved his results and raised his overall mood.
Young fishermen Mark and Adrian received certificates for catching their largest salmon. Mark caught a fish of 14lb (6.3kg) and Adrian caught a fish of 12lb (5.4kg).
Guests actively shared their stories over dinner, creating a friendly atmosphere.
